David Allen I want to wish you the Happiest Birthday ever. It is unreal to me that I could have a child your age but I do. I hope you have many more happy healthy years. I love you with every beat of my heart. ~Mom
Zackary got off the bus looking annoyed. Of course I asked what the problem was. He said "Mom I just do not think I am going to talk to my teacher until after lunch tomorrow." Hmm, what in the world could have happened for him to be like that, after all he likes his teacher. So I dig a little deeper until I get to the cause of the problem.
Apparently while teaching the class his teacher asked what makes the arr sound. He responded with "Mom I was just trying to be a little funny and I said 'A pirate' but I guess she didn't think it was so funny."
Anyone else seeing the makings of a photo of my child in his high school yearbook with the words 'class clown' next to it?
Did you ever see a person slide down a set of bleachers while they are sitting down? Not a child person, an adult person. How the heck can an adult person just freaking slide down the bleachers when that person was sitting there doing nothing wrong? There was not a thing wrong with those bleachers. They were flat, not tilted at all, absolutely flat! All I can say is it takes a special kind of person to do that!
And yes, I am that special!
I still do not understand how, but I can tell you, I was in tears laughing at myself.
I have been married to Kris for 10 years now. I have 2 boys, they are a bit separated in age but they love each other and that is all that matters.
David my oldest is married and has 3 children. Sometimes I miss having him home, sometimes not.
Zack is my youngest. He is 9 and very active. He doesn't sit still for anything. He is funny, loving and so darn cute. Don't tell anyone but I think I am going to have my hands full with this one. I always say if he was born first i never would have had a second.
